I get really stressed somedays, guess what? Today was one of those.
So to start off, the other mechanic that I work with is in Hawaii, giving lectures on Radiation Hormesis. He is also the director of maintenance, so with out him I am alone at work. When something goes wrong its my job to fix it. So thats stressful. I could go into it more, but I am not, which will make this post very not worth your time but I am just going to not think about it anymore and eat some Pad Thai my wife made and get lost in “lost”, maybe eat some ice cream and watch more of “The Wire”.

Great Weezer video

Have a good one.

well the weekend plan (I have friday thru monday off) was to meet my brother and his wife and 2 small dogs (that together weigh in at about 1lb) in the mountains for a little camping, we were packed ready, and on our way, as we pull up to the gate to enter the wilderness area, the sign reads, Closed until June 15 for all human activity. So we pull a u’ee and head home. now its saturday at 1:22 pm and we have reorganized the storage room outside and our camping gear. Well so much for sitting in a hammock surrounded by pine trees and cooking outdoors.

This morning started off great I woke up, ate breakfast, drank coffee, read the good word a little, then…I walk out to my truck…and missing from my pocket are my keys. Well first comes denial, I think they must be in a pocket…nope not in my pockets. Then comes anger, Thanks a lot God, I even read my bible and you let me walk away with out my keys. Then comes the, “I better do something and stop sitting in a puddle.”
So I did,
I tried all my windows, then the front door just to make sure I really did lock it, then the sliding door, I tried to take it apart but that didn’t work, so back to the windows, still nothing. then tried to get the dog to open the sliding door, this got the attention of the neighbors, then again to try and take apart the sliding door, I suck at taking doors apart. So went back to the front door and used a library card…
OPEN…
The moral of this sad story…“Reading will open the doors to your life.” corny? yes. but if you prefer …“when breaking into a house use the simplest method possible”

Tonight I am trying to go to a rockies game, but it might get rained out, then tomorrow I leave for florida for the weekend. should be nice.

Who, if I cried out, would hear me among the angels' hierarchies? and even if one of them suddenly pressed me against his heart, I would perish in the embrace of his stronger existence. For beauty is nothing but the beginning of terror which we are barely able to endure and are awed because it serenely disdains to annihilate us. Each single angel is terrifying. And so I force myself, swallow and hold back the surging call of my dark sobbing. Oh, to whom can we turn for help? Not angels, not humans; and even the knowing animals are aware that we feel little secure and at home in our interpreted world.
